There 3 ways you can order cards from RCS:

• Fax the card order form to 602-297-6895
• Send an email to sales@rewardcardsolutions.com with the quantities denominations and shipping preference
• Phone in the order to (602)THE-CARD (602-843-2273)

Payment Methods (All Bank Account Numbers are on your Order Form)

• Direct deposit into one of our Bank Accounts. We use Bank of America or Wells Fargo.
• Wire Transfer into our Bank of America Account.
• ACH Collection – we only take the designated funds on the order form from your account. ACH form provided upon request. There is a $5 Fee per ACH.
• Credit Card – Visa/Master Card, Processing Fee is 3.5%, American Express is 3.5% of entire order. (NOT Recommended)

Shipping Charges for bulk shipments:

• Ground Shipping Free
• For orders over $1500 in cards, 2nd day Shipping is free
• For orders under $1500 in cards, 2nd day shipping is $20.00
• For orders over $1500 in cards, Next day air is $10.00
• For orders under $1500 in cards, Next day air shipping is $30.00
• Saturday shipping is $40.00

Please follow these guidelines:

• Order your gift cards in enough time to receive them prior to running out of your last order
• Purchases may be made via cash, ACH, wire transfer, money order, cashier’s check and business checks drawn from the bank where they're being deposited. We have accounts at Bank of America and Wells Fargo for your convenience
• There are no limits on the amount of cards you may purchase in a day via cash or any other method – we only require the funds to clear prior to shipping cards
• Use ACH or send a wire and you can order your gift cards from the comfort of your home or office
• Weekend card shipment:
  • Cards shipped on Thursday with 2nd day air shipment selected will arrive on Monday
  • Cards shipped on Friday with 2nd day air shipment selected will arrive on Tuesday
  • Cards shipped on Friday with next day air shipment selected will arrive on Monday
  • Cards shipped on Friday may be delivered on Saturday if prior arrangements are made
• Familiarize yourself with the cardholder terms and conditions
• All customers must have an opportunity to review the terms and conditions of the cards and receive a copy of the terms and conditions upon receiving a card or by request
• Remember to include a copy of the deposit receipt with the order form to ensure your deposit is credited to you quickly
• Tracking information is generally emailed to you at 5pm MST the day of the order

Card Usage Tips:

• All transactions on cards must be done as credit
• All cards are initially registered to Reward Card Solutions Mesa, AZ office and the corresponding zip code 85215
• Balances for card may be found online at www.check-the-balance.com or by calling the number located on the back of the cards
• If a transaction is greater than the amount on the card ask the cashier to first use your alternative form of payment and then swipe for the exact value on the card for the remaining balance
• Most restaurants are programmed to process transactions for approximately 20% more than the cost of the meal to cover gratuity. Be sure the balance of the card will cover the meal and the tip or inform the waiter you’d like only a portion of the bill placed on the card
• Gas stations generally preauthorize an amount of at least $50 when paying at the pump – it is recommended to only use gift cards inside the gas station for a specific amount to ensure the card is not declined and funds are not held
• Visit the card holder websites through Reward Card Solutions and update your name and address information before shopping online. Often times online merchants do not accept multiple forms of payments so be sure your purchase balance is less than your card balance to ensure a smooth experience.
